During my professional career, I have worked in roles as CFO, project manager, ERP consultant and decision support advisor, in both the private and public sectors.
I have worked closely with management teams, boards and operations in several industries with a focus on strengthening financial management, decision-making and business development.
Decision support and budgeting
Within the shipping and transportation sector, I work with the implementation of BI solutions connected to Microsoft Business Central.
The focus is on reporting and analysis used operationally and in management control.
CFO and interim assignments
I have had several assignments as CFO and interim CFO with responsibility for:

In these roles, I have combined operational responsibility with change work and system projects.

I have completed and participated in several implementation and change projects within Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central, mainly within:

The work has included analysis, design, project management, training and business adaptation.
Other experience
I have also led procurement projects in wholesale operations and held previous roles as CFO in the airline industry and management responsibilities in hotel and food operations.
