My assignments often span finance, operations, systems and decision support. Through collaborations, I can combine my role as an advisor and project manager with specialist expertise where it creates real value for the customer. This provides flexibility, the right expertise in the right situation and solutions that are tailored to the actual needs of the business.

 

A key collaboration is with Spry AB, where we work together in decision support, budgeting and monitoring. Spry develops and delivers Spryard Planning – a modern planning and decision support used by management and finance functions for budget and forecasting, monitoring and analysis, as well as scenario and sensitivity analyses.

 

In each individual assignment, we agree with the customer on how the collaboration should be designed to create the greatest possible business benefit. The starting point is always a shared business and operational understanding, combined with solid knowledge of structure, modeling and implementation. The collaboration is also based on long practical experience of how finance, operations and decision-making actually relate to each other in everyday life.
